Aim: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is worldwide and mainly affects the elderly. It often impossible to define COPD with specific lines, it has no complete cure procedure, mostly established by guidelines. The GOLD guideline uses a sectional evaluation approach group patients symptoms former history of exacerbations. concurrent detection various biomarkers reflecting different pathobiological pathways might help recognize an increased risk death. Studies showed that obesity related decreased lung function in general population due respiratory mechanics, muscular discomfort, breath control.Material Method: Ninety COPD, whose mean age was 62, 74% were male, divided into four groups as A, B, C, D according classification, included our study. Analyses conducted investigate association between biochemical parameters, BMI, age, gender, severity, subgroups.Results: been demonstrated are generally over 40 correlates severity consistent previous studies.
